From delivering corporate webinars and workplace wellbeing sessions to creative campaigns and community activations, I help organisations connect and support in ways that are authentic, inclusive and empowering.

Riley – Commissioned to run menstruation at work webinars for 100+ corporate clients across the UK and Europe as part of Riley’s education outreach, helping staff open up new conversations about periods, menopause and mental health in the workplace.
Royal College of Nursing – Commissioned an article about PMDD and menstrual mental health to raise awareness of my work and client results - you can read it here.
University of Kent – Expert Speaker at the Mid Kent PCN Women's Hub Women’s Health Conference in July 2025 and now in collaboration with their wellbeing team to deliver menstrual education sessions for students.
Kent & Medway Suicide Prevention Team - Commissioned to deliver a PMDD awareness project across GP surgeries in Thanet through my CIC The Red Rebel Collective.
Vagina Museum, London – Comissioned to run a creative workshop exploring PMS and empowerment through art and .
Saffron Music – Delivered a webinar on menstruation and creativity for women working in the music industry.
Social Enterprise Kent – Partnered to run free community menstruality workshops across Thanet, supporting local women from a low-socio economic background.
Changing Minds Kent - Partnered to deliver free training videos and a live webinar as part of their online wellbeing toolkit and parent wellbeing series.
The Clean & Tidy Home Show - Commissioned as a panellist and expert speaker at their ExCel exhibition in 2024.
Ideal Home Show - Commissioned as expert speaker and delivered a talk on Menstruality and PMDD at their 2025 exhibition.
We Out Here festival, Dorset - Commissioned to bring The Red Rebel Collective CIC to We Out Here festival in August 2025 via an information stall with public activations and workshops as well as PMDD awareness.
Shambala Festival, Northamptonshire - Commissioned me to lead a creative art workshop around PMDD at their 2025 festival.
Skiddle & LIVE – My community radio station Red Rebel FM partnered with Skiddle for the Live Music Awards in 2024, where we curated the afterparty showcasing women and non-binary DJs — and even stocked the festival toilets with menstrual products.
Beatport – Featured Red Rebel FM in Beatportal blog, highlighting our work supporting emerging FLINTA DJs and promoting equality in electronic music.
Arts Council England – Supported the development of Red Rebel FM, funding us to train and broadcast new women and non-binary DJs from across Kent.
